BIO: I have been making clothes all my life. A couple of years ago I retired from my career as an architect and started sewing clothing for sale in a little shop in Gloucester, MA. I use mostly natural fibers; wool, cotton and linen. I love searching for beautiful fabrics, designing items based on each individual fabric and, of course, the sewing process.
My things are meant to be comfortable, casual and flattering. I consider the designs to be modern classics; sculptural, with simple lines, and detailing inspired by the fabric.
